How to Return

Returns are generally not accepted.

If, under specific circumstances, both parties agree to a return after consulting with customer service, please note that the returned items must be in brand new condition and complete packaging, including the product, accessories, packaging, manufacturer's box, all accompanying documents or data, and gifts. Otherwise, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% handling fee of the product value. The returned items must be sent back to the following address at the user's expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the product amount minus the handling fee will be refunded to the consumer within 14 days.

How to Exchange

If the product itself is defective, or if the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and proceed to the designated agent address for exchange. Exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

We do not accept product exchanges after opening or using them. If any defects are found after opening, please contact customer service as soon as possible within the 7-day inspection period. (Please ensure you keep the shipping receipt.)
