Tariffs refer to taxes imposed by the domestic government through customs on goods entering the country from overseas.

Duty-Free and Customs Clearance Exemption

Happycooking's products are mainly dispatched from warehouses in Hong Kong. If the destination of the order is not Hong Kong or Macau, customs clearance procedures will be conducted during the shipping process. The transport company used by Happycooking for shipping will handle the tariff matters on behalf of customers, allowing them to wait for the goods to be delivered comfortably at home. However, please note the following:

・Duty-free and customs clearance exemption services are temporarily not available for the Netherlands.
・For orders to Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, and Italy, the order must meet a minimum of €300 to qualify for duty-free and customs clearance exemption.

Received a tariff payment notice despite meeting the exemption criteria?

If you meet the duty-free and customs clearance exemption criteria (as mentioned above) but still receive an email notification requesting payment of tariffs, you can forward the tariff email to order@happycooking.world. Please include your order number in the email, and we will process the tariff payment procedure within 3 working days.

If you have any questions during this period, please feel free to contact us via email at order@happycooking.world, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Thank you!
