Warranty Registration
As an authorized retailer appointed by the distributor, all items on our website come with one-year official warranty in Hong Kong and Macau. All product warranties are managed by the distributor. When requesting warranty service, please present the relevant purchase receipt. The warranty period starts from the purchase date shown on the receipt or the date of receipt indicated on the delivery note. Please register your product for warranty within 7 days of receiving it, following the instructions provided in the warranty card enclosed with the product.
7-Day Defective Exchange Policy
- Unless the product itself is defective or damaged, all products purchased from Happycooking are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- If the product is damaged due to improper use by the customer or dismantling of the product packaging, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide an exchange.
- If after purchase you find that the product does not meet your personal preferences or the quality is not as expected, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- To avoid disputes, we recommend customers to inspect the product upon receipt or on the same day of delivery.
- Product replacements must be of the same style (including color).
- If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing photos or videos of the product's quality issues, along with details of the defects and the product serial number (if available), to order@happycooking.hk. Replacement will be considered only after confirming the product's defect.
- Customers are kindly requested to ensure that all accessories, manuals, packaging, shipping invoices, and receipts are complete.
- If no issues are raised within 7 days of receipt, we cannot arrange product or accessory replacements due to cosmetic damage or missing parts.
- We also reserve the right to test and verify product issues before proceeding with replacements.
1-Year Official Warranty
If any issues arise during use, please contact the distributor using the contact information provided on the warranty card. If repairs are needed, customers must visit the designated repair center themselves.

Please register your product for warranty within 7 days of receiving it, following the instructions provided in the warranty card enclosed with the product.
7-Day Inspection Period - Defective Product Replacement
If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt or during shipping, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. The receipt of the goods is based on the customer's pickup time recorded by the courier company's tracking system. Customers should take photos as evidence and email them to the designated email address order@happycooking.hk along with a brief description of the situation. Once the product's defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, and the postage will be covered by us. Please note that replacements will be sent via surface mail.
If the 7-day inspection period is exceeded, orders cannot be exchanged. Instead, they enter the remaining 23-day warranty period. For details of the warranty terms, please refer to the section below.
Additionally, if a product has been used, we do not accept exchanges. If any discrepancies are found after unpacking, please contact customer service as soon as possible within the inspection period. (Please ensure that you keep the shipping receipt.)
30-Day Peace of Mind Warranty - Return for Repair
All orders have a 30-day warranty period from the date the customer receives the goods, based on the customer's pickup time recorded by the courier company's tracking system. During the warranty period, if a product is damaged, customers can choose to return it to our warehouse. We will arrange for it to be sent to the product's agent's repair center for free repairs. Customers are responsible for the postage for returning the item to our warehouse. After the repair is completed, we will resend the product via surface mail, and the postage for this segment will be covered by us. Please note that surface mail may take longer.
